Ingredients
  • 45ml of Hickson House Seven Spice Gin
  • 10ml Fino Sherry
  • 5ml Onion Brine
  • 0.5ml Pickled Onion Distillate
  • 0.5ml Smoked Rosemary Sea Salt Solution
Method
  • Add ingredients into a mixing glass with cubed ice.
  • Stir until chilled and strain into a Martini glass.
  • Garnish with 3 Skewered Smoked Onions.
