Red Snapper

  • 50ml of Hickson House Seven Spice Gin
  • 20ml Spice Mix
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 90ml tomato juice
  • 5 drops lobster oil (or tabasco)
  • Rub lemon wheel around the lip of a highball glass and rim the glass with salt and pepper mixture.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Add ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into the prepared glass, and garnish with a lemon wheel and soy sauce sushi fish.
