- 50ml of Hickson House Oyster Shell Gin
- 20ml lemon juice
- 90ml tomato juice
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 6 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- Pour the pepper and salt onto a small plate.
- Rub lemon wheel around the lip of a highball glass and rim the glass with salt and pepper mixture.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass, and garnish with a lemon wheel
- Fresh Seafood (oysters or mussels)
