Red Snapper

Ingredients
  •  50ml of Hickson House Oyster Shell Gin
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 90ml tomato juice
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 2 pinches sea salt
  • 6 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Method
  • Pour the pepper and salt onto a small plate.
  • Rub lemon wheel around the lip of a highball glass and rim the glass with salt and pepper mixture.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Add ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into the prepared glass, and garnish with a lemon wheel
