Red Snapper
Ingredients
- 50ml of Hickson House Seven Spice Gin
- 20ml Spice Mix
- 20ml lemon juice
- 90ml tomato juice
- 5 drops lobster oil (or tabasco)
Method
- Rub lemon wheel around the lip of a highball glass and rim the glass with salt and pepper mixture.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass, and garnish with a lemon wheel and soy sauce sushi fish.
