To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in 2032, Hickson House introduces the HARBOUR BRIDGE GIN SERIES.
BREAKING GROUND is the inaugural limited-edition release, commemorating the historic moment of the turning of the first sod in 1923, marking the begin of the Harbour Bridge’s construction.
This small batch Australian Gin is handmade by blending the base of our Hickson House Harbour Strength Gin with locally sourced botanicals, including Lemon Aspen and Lilly Pilly.
This vibrant gin boasts bold juniper notes balanced with bright citrus and subtle berry aromas, that come to life in classic gin cocktails or in our refreshing HARBOUR BRIDGE GIN & TONIC signature drink.

This all-Australian tipple has been handcrafted in collaboration with our friends at Regal Rogue.
Discover the aromatic flavour of our Australian Dry Gin mingled with their organic Bold Red Shiraz Vermouth and a medley of winter spices including cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, star anise and oranges.
This versatile, lower ABV winter spice gin aperitif was created to work in both, hot or cold drinks. Perfect for the fickle Australian winter temperatures.

Hickson House Wild Rosé Summer Cup

This all-Australian aperitif has been handcrafted in collaboration with Regal Rogue to create a contemporary Australian twist on the classic British fruit cup.
Our award-winning Hickson House Australian Dry Gin is blended with Regal Rogue’s organic Cabernet Rosé Vermouth and then married with tonka bean and native bush tomato and muntrie.
After blending the gin and vermouth, we add fresh muntrie berries and let them steep for 5 days. This enhances the fruity character of the vermouth and adds to the distinctive, vibrant rosé colour. We then distil the tonka bean and bush tomato on our 70L copper still and blend it all together to create the final Summer Cup.

Hickson House Wild Rosé Summer Cup is a light and refreshing tipple with a dry, tropical fruit aroma with a hint of citrus, vanilla and dried fruit, complementing the unmistakable juniper notes.

Head distiller Tim Stones crafted this complex and savoury gin specifically to be paired with food, like grilled meat or seafood.
The Seven Spice Gin recipe is a nod of respect to the versatility of Australian native botanicals, featuring a delicate blend of seven local ingredients that have been carefully balanced with traditional juniper to create a contemporary Australian Gin. Makes for a refreshing (yet complex) Gin Tonica or a savoury Red Snapper cocktail.
