Hickson ‘Clover’ House

Ingredients
  • 60ml Hickson House Summer cup
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Spiced ginger & Raspberry syrup
  • 20ml Egg white
Method
  • Add all ingredients in a shaker with cubed ice
  • Shake hard 10-12 times and fine strain into a frozen coupette glass
  • Garnish: 3 Dashes of Peychaud bitters
