Hickson ‘Clover’ House
Ingredients
- 60ml Hickson House Summer cup
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Spiced ginger & Raspberry syrup
- 20ml Egg white
Method
- Add all ingredients in a shaker with cubed ice
- Shake hard 10-12 times and fine strain into a frozen coupette glass
- Garnish: 3 Dashes of Peychaud bitters
