Pearl Martini
Ingredients
- 60ml Hickson House Oyster Shell Gin
- 12ml Dry Vermouth
- 5ml Italicus Rosolio de Bargamot
- garnish with tarragon sprig
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with cubed ice, stir 8 times and pour into a frozen martini glass.
Garnish with tarragon sprig.
