Pearl Martini

Ingredients
  • 60ml Hickson House Oyster Shell Gin
  • 12ml Dry Vermouth
  • 5ml Italicus Rosolio de Bargamot
  • garnish with tarragon sprig
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with cubed ice, stir 8 times and pour into a frozen martini glass. Garnish with tarragon sprig.
