Oyster Shell Gin & Tonic
Ingredients
- 30ml Hickson House Oyster Shell Gin
- 120ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
- garnish with small ruby grapefruit wedge
Method
Pour 30ml of Hickson House Oyster Shell Gin into a highball filled with ice. Top up with 120ml of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and stir gently. Garnish with a small ruby grapefruit wedge.
