Harbour Bridge Gin & Tonic
Ingredients
- 60ml Hickson House Harbour Bridge Breaking Ground Gin
- Dry Tonic Water
- Ice, lemon wedge & 2 lemon myrtle leaves
Method
Pour 60ml of Harbour Bridge Breaking Ground Gin into a highball filled with lots of ice. Top up with Dry Tonic Water and garnish with a lemon wedge and two lemon myrtle leaves.
