Basil Smash

  • 60ml Hickson House Harbour Bridge Gin
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 10 basil leaves
  • serve on the rocks in tumbler, garnish with basil sprig
Muddle basil leaves with sugar syrup, then all ingredients with lots of ice into a shaker and shake well. Fine strain over the rocks in a tumbler. Garnish with a basil sprig.
