Basil Smash
Ingredients
- 60ml Hickson House Harbour Bridge Gin
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 10 basil leaves
- serve on the rocks in tumbler, garnish with basil sprig
Method
Muddle basil leaves with sugar syrup, then all ingredients with lots of ice into a shaker and shake well. Fine strain over the rocks in a tumbler.
Garnish with a basil sprig.
