- 60ml Hickson House Australian Dry Gin
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 20ml Eucalyptus Honey
- Pinch Murray River Salt
Method
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker w cubed ice, shake 8 times and strain
- Glass: Frozen Coupette
- Garnish: Eucalyptus Leaf (silver dollar)
