Ingredients
  • 60ml Hickson Rd. Australian Dry Gin
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Eucalyptus Honey
  • Pinch Murray River Salt
Method
  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker w cubed ice, shake 8 times and strain
  • Glass: Frozen Coupette
  • Garnish: Eucalyptus Leaf (silver dollar)
