Ingredients
- 45ml of Hickson House Seven Spice Gin
- 10ml Fino Sherry
- 5ml Onion Brine
- 0.5ml Pickled Onion Distillate
- 0.5ml Smoked Rosemary Sea Salt Solution
Method
- Add ingredients into a mixing glass with cubed ice.
- Stir until chilled and strain into a Martini glass.
- Garnish with 3 Skewered Smoked Onions.
