Seven Spice Gin Tonica
Ingredients
- 60ml of Hickson House Seven Spice Gin
- 150ml classic Tonic Water
Method
- Pour Hickson House Seven Spice Gin into a wine glass filled with lots of ice and top up with classic tonic water.
- Stir and garnish with a lemon wheel, star anise and a fresh bay leaf.
