This all-Australian tipple has been handcrafted in collaboration with our friends at Regal Rogue.

Discover the aromatic flavour of our Australian Dry Gin mingled with their organic Bold Red Shiraz Vermouth and a medley of winter spices including cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, star anise and oranges.

This versatile, lower ABV winter spice gin aperitif was created to work in both, hot or cold drinks. Perfect for the fickle Australian winter temperatures.

Botanicals/Ingredients:
Juniper, Coriander seed, Angelica root, Orris root, Liquorice root, Orange peel, Oolong tea, Native thyme, Finger lime, Aniseed myrtle, organic Shiraz, native pepper berry, wattle seed , dried fig and dried cherry, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, star anise and ginger, oranges.

Nose: berries with soft herbal and warming winter spice
Palate: fruity and dry with lingering mulled wine notes
Finish: Warm, gently tannic finish
