Oyster Shell Gin & Tonic

Ingredients
  • 30ml Hickson House Oyster Shell Gin
  • 120ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
  • garnish with small ruby grapefruit wedge
Method

Pour 30ml of Hickson House Oyster Shell Gin into a highball filled with ice. Top up with 120ml of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and stir gently. Garnish with a small ruby grapefruit wedge.
