Ingredients
- 70ml Hickson House Oyster Shell Gin
- 10ml Vermouth
- lemon zest
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
Stir 8 times to dilute.
Pour into a frozen martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
